Making your property choice

We work with many different builders and developers who offer a range different standard inclusions. When you begin the purchase journey, your client manager will inform you of the specifics relative to each property. They will detail the options available to give you a clear understanding of your schedule of finishes. Some examples will be choices around types of cooking appliances, colour schemes, floor coverings, ceiling heights, fittings and fixtures.

Contracts

Once you have chosen your new property and established the inclusions, these details will then be formalised in a contract of sale. Our client managers are well versed in all types of off the plan contracts and will help you understand the contract specific to your property type. At this time if you find that you need assistance with conveyancing/legal representation or finance, our team can introduce you to one of our affiliate companies that understand the off plan process the same way we do.
